We offer free shipping to our customers worldwide, and you can select your preferred shipping option at checkout.
Please note that during the holiday season, there may be some delays in the delivery process. Returns or exchanges are not eligible for free shipping.
We only accept valid street addresses in the US for delivery. P.O. Boxes, Military Post Office (APO), or Fleet Office (FRO) addresses are not accepted as our automated system requires a valid street address. If you have successfully placed an order and have not received it yet, please contact the carrier to track your order. If the tracking status shows it has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us at info@westernleathergoods.com, and we will assist you. Sometimes, tracking information may not be available due to technical issues. In such cases, please contact us at info@westernleathergoods.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
Once your order has left our facility, any delivery issues should be directed to the shipping company. If you encounter any problems, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
Overnight Shipping:
For same-day overnight shipping, please order by 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time on a business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. will ship on the next business day. Weekends and holidays are excluded.
