I like the bag however the zipper on the back arrived broken. I tried contacting customer service by phone and by email per your damaged products policy. I have received no response. This bag was supposed to be a gift for my son’s graduation from grad school in a couple of weeks. It’s disappointing to pay $200 for an item that is damaged and I can’t even speak to customer service to get it replaced. It’s embarrassing to give a damaged gift to someone. Very disappointed in your customer service.
