I am very pleased with this large briefcase from Western Leather Goods. The leather is very soft and of high quality. The zippers operate smoothly and seem stout. There are plenty of compatments to separate documents and various supplies. Plenty of padding is provided tp protect a laptop. The empty weight is not heavy. I highly recommend this briefcase.
I really like this bag it made very well with a lot of space for everything it’s very durable and it will last for many years to come

After a few weeks of ownership, I can say so far, so good. While clearly a handsome leather bag that stylishly satisfies my needs for transporting print materials and electronics, the passage of time shall reveal its degree of durability. One of the major immediate advantages for me is its ability to accommodate two medium laptops and one small laptop. This cut two bags from my list of items to transport.
A leather briefcase has long been a bucket list desire, took longer than anticipated to achieve, so did quite a bit of research before making a purchase. Was surprised by the amount of product overlap between vendors. Needed a sturdy bag capable of carrying all the digital necessities of an adjunct college instructor. (Waited to post a review until had some real life experience with the bag.) PRO Definitely has all the room needed! Solidly constructed (a few errant threads, no big deal) Good quality leather. CON Actually a bit TOO big (haven't used middle slot yet) Wish for more built-in pockets/pen loops, etc. The strap for the laptop sleeve is too long Ultimately, I am very happy with the bag. Bought a couple of pouches to carry loose items (e.g., pens, markers, throat drops, pill bottle, etc.) TL:DR It's an excellent bag, with plenty of room, requiring a bit of adaptation for specific needs.
I am very pleased with my purchase. It is exactly as advertised. While traveling to Denver in August on my first flight in 25 years, I noticed a gentleman carrying a similar bag in the terminal. I decided then and there that I would have a leather bag. This bag is well crafted, heavy duty durable feeling but soft and pliable. It’s got lots of storage. I bought it for my laptop and a travel bag. I like the trolley sleeve. Good looking bag. I bought the lighter brown knowing that it would darken over time. Can’t wait to take that next flight!

Bag seems to be good quality. The leather is thick and the zippers are heavy duty metal so the bag should last. Color came out exactly like I was hoping. Very happy with the bag and would order again although I doubt I will need to.
I love this bag. I can fit not only my 16 inch MacBook but I can also fit my surface tablet plus charging cords. I carry a lot of books from class to class and it helps that I can fit everything in the big center pocket. This bag is well-made and I cannot say anything negative about the quality of materials or the size of this bag. It is definitely worth the cost.
The bag is great, it is big enough to carry everything you could want, several pockets for all your things, etc. It seems well made, but my biggest complaint is that it falls over. It is front heavy, and no matter how I load it, it falls on its face. The only time it does not fall over is if it’s stuffed so full it’s too heavy to carry. Perhaps I got one that is out of shape, but it’s incredibly annoying. If it sat up like it should, it would be 5 stars, like it is, 3.
Quality craftsmanship, tons of space, pockets of various sizes for all types of cargo. Esthetically, it’s a joy to look at. I’m very pleased with my purchase.

I actually bought this for my daughter who is entering med school. I love how rich the dark brown leather looks and feels. I believe this will be an heirloom to pass down thru the next generation!! Very well made, impressive!!
Lots of product is available on line. Some very cheap, others very expensive. I had a beautiful Leather "Lawyer bag for decades but it is finally falling apart. I selected the "Beast of burden and it is perfect for me. I can carry a lot of files and things and I am sure by the quality , it will last me decades as well. Also, very good value... and although they do not directly say so, sounds like your Artisans are in the USA... What's not to like.

This is a very nice bag. It should last for years. Plenty of pockets and storage. It sits upright when you place it on the ground, without falling over. The material is high quality. Zippers are smooth. I’m still figuring out my flow with where everything goes, but it’s going to be a winnner.

This is an amazing briefcase. The craftsmanship is top notch and I’ve come to truly enjoy carrying it with me everyday. The shoulder strap does a great job of dispersing the weight without being bulky or taking away from the overall aesthetic of the case. I would whole heartedly recommend and purchase again if the need arose.
