Thic company is first class! They accidently sent me the wrong color satchel and they corrected the problem right away - no hassle. The quality of this piece is very high end. I have had many like it through the years and this piece is the best I have owned. The Zippers are quality, the stiching is beautiful and all the pockets and bins are perfect for me. The quality and design of the bag are perfect! 10 out of 10 But on your website, I purchased black. But what I got, I feel is a brown color. So I am a little disheartned by the color I was not expecting.

Excellent made bag!
After extensively researching different leather briefcases, I'm very happy that I chose the Globe-Trotter. Excellent quality, has plenty of pockets and space, and my larger laptop fits within it perfectly. Only thing I wish was smaller were the pulls for some of the zipper pockets but that is just personal preference. Would definitely recommend this bag to anyone. Ordered and arrived to my house all in less than 10 calendar days.
I bought this for my husband who travels a lot for work. He loves the luggage strap. He likes a bigger briefcase and is happy with the amount of space and pockets this bag has without the bulk. Soft, beautiful leather and well made bag. Would definitely recommend.
