Very well built and it looks fantastic.
This is high quality backpack at a reasonable price. The craftsmanship that went into this cannot be understated. The stitching is phenomenal. This backpack will last for years, looks great, and is tougher than hell.

I'm extremely disappointed. The bag I got wasn't as accommodating as I expected it to be, so I returned it. UPS delivered it, but I NEVER HEARD BACK from you regarding a refund. I sent a copy of the tracking information, and when I filed a claim with PayPal, they sided with you, saying I had filed a claim outside of some 30-day window. I just told them that I had been waiting to hear back from you before resorting to filing that claim, and I should not be penalized for trying to work it out myself. I would appreciate a response from you THIS TIME, since you've ignored all of my other communications.

Great bag.
It’s a very sturdy bag. The canvas is nice and thick, the magnetic snaps make it super easy to close and it was/is nice to be able to adjust the length of them. My absolute favorite part is the domed cover flap, it truly gives a great profile to the bag.

Love the bag! the only changes I'd make would be to the shoulder straps. They could use a little more padding and a couple of D rings. It's very well made and I expect it to last a long time.

Exactly what I needed!
Well constructed, straight accurate seams with excellent fit and finish. The leather accoutrements are beautifully tanned and while I wish the brass hardware was softer, with the price of copper so high, I do understand why it isn’t. Overall an excellent value. I wonder if it would add significantly to the base unit manufacturing cost to put a grab-handle inboard as well - so the bag can be moved and hung in the open position?
I live the texture of the bag and the leather straps. Feels like a quality product. Getting lots of compliments.
