This was a great experience from start to finish! First of all I mistakenly placed the order for the wanderlust bag twice by mistake, and their customer service got personally back to me very quickly and was able to get the order corrected. And this bag…I am obsessed. I got it for my bf for his birthday and we spent like 30 mins just going thru all the pockets and compartments after he opened it. It looks rugged and stylish and the quality is chefs kiss, the waterproof canvas is super durable, the leather straps and zippers are really well made, and I know this bag will last for years and years. The luggage tag is really nice too, really really nice leather. This bag is perfect for anyone who travels, hikes, camps, etc - anyone who appreciates tons of storage compartments will have fun packing the bag with all the necessities. Can’t wait to get one of my own!!!
I bought this bag to carry my laptop and for a riding bag. It is a perfect size for everyday use. Not too big, not too small. In the photo, I have a large leather jacket, 2 large water bottles, and there is still plenty of room. The bag is comfortable to wear for several hours, the construction is high quality, and it looks great. This is exactly what I was looking for.
I bought this for an upcoming trip to Europe and though I have yet to embark on that adventure, I love it for day trips and overnights so far. Great style, great quality and comfortable to wear.
Honestly… I love it.
About two weeks before I ordered this bag I was scammed by on online clothing company. They advertised a very nice product and then delivered me garbage with no way to return it for a refund because apparently their factory is located in a small village in Cambodia (long story but never order clothing from a company called ‘Manly’). So, needless to say I was reluctant to order anything online from anyone whom I hadn’t already ordered from before. However, at this particular time I really needed a new pack as my everyday day-pack was rapidly falling apart. I knew I wanted to sport something different than the typical North Face zipper style I’d grown accustomed to for years and really dig the worn-out canvas look. I’d read some positive reviews about this company and this time around felt more comfortable ordering an online product.
Awesome bag! Very well made. Looks awesome; will look sick in a couple of years after it’s worn in.
Though, I’d have to say that the only thing I don’t love is that the magnets from the buckles aren’t very strong. Not sure if the buckles are just acting as a deterrent from thieves or they are actually supposed to be fully functional but it takes a good minute to get the magnets from the buckles to connect and when they do they come apart rather quickly. The magnetization is very weak. So, my only advice to the manufacturer would be to use stronger magnets or just no magnets at all. But over all, really cool bag, great quality! Cheers!
Stiff, but that's to be expected from heavy canvas. Unlike other waxed canvas products I've had, this has a nice texture. Not overly rough or greasy, also not smelly like some waxed canvas products. Seems quite sturdy. What we got looks like what is advertised. Will use daily and enjoy the break in and coming patina. I'm sure it will get even better looking with age and hard use.
