From start to finish, it was a guaranteed success. The package was delivered on time for my trip to Paris, despite a change to the shipment that unfortunately did not match my departure date. I received the package, and the bag perfectly matches the photos, dimensions, and color exactly as I expected and wanted it. I am extremely satisfied. I tested it as a carry-on during my trip to Paris: it is quite spacious and water-resistant. Perhaps I would have made the zipper slightly more durable, as it is a bit difficult to open and close when the bag is full. The shoulder strap works very well; it is wide enough and allows for comfortable crossbody carrying. The strap is adjustable in length, and the size can be modified by attaching the clip to the final carabiners. So far, there are no signs of wear or defects. The external zippered pocket is very useful and allows for storing documents such as a passport and wallet. Inside, the two small pockets are well positioned, although I might have added a closure clip to better secure the contents. Overall, despite these small details, I am completely satisfied with my purchase.
The bag is very high quality, and will age beautifully. If you are gifting it I would suggest unboxing and filling it so the canvas takes its proper shape. I have given 4 stars because, though it is described as gray, it is quite purple. I include pictures of it on my gray and white countertop. My husband still likes it but I was rather surprised by the color variation as compared to the listing photo.

It’s sturdy, rugged and stylish- so far, I love it.
Great bag and feels sturdy and has quality materials. It can hold enough for a weekend get away. It has two ways to hold the bag. One with the handle and one with the shoulder strap. The shoulder strap is best to hook on top rings without the bottom clips. The Bottom clips can use the hand held only. But can’t use for both or it’s awkward. Hard to explain it but once you buy it you will realize what I mean.

Albeit the bag is beautiful, the shipping was disappointing. Ordered plenty of time before Christmas and it still didn’t show up. Emailed the company and was met with more or less a shrug, blaming it on “busy holiday shipping time” which was fairly lackluster. Ordered on the 17th and it showed up on the 26th. Tracking showed that UPS didn’t even receive the package for three days so no, “busy holiday shipping time” doesn’t cut it in my opinion. I doubt I’ll buy something from this company again.
Arrived quickly, packaging expertly, and excellent quality. Daughters boyfriend loves it and will get regular use with travel.
